1. Order Processing & Confirmation

We process orders daily to ensure you receive the freshest products. Please note that all orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) require verification. Our team will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp within 24 hours to confirm your order and shipping address before it is dispatched. Unconfirmed orders will be held or canceled.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship to all major governorates across Egypt.

• Cairo & Giza: Delivery takes 24 to 48 hours.

• Alexandria & Delta Governorates: Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days.

• Upper Egypt & Remote Areas: Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location.

3. Delivery Attempts & Handling

Since we handle food and perishable items, it is highly important that you ensure the provided phone number is active and reachable. The courier will attempt to deliver your order up to 2 times. If you fail to receive the package, the order will be canceled and returned to our facility.

4. Shipment Tracking & Support
